Shipping cost is a flat rate of $39.99. (some very large firearms (example Barrett .50 BMGs) may cost extra to ship) All firearms must be either shipped to a dealer in your state or picked up at our retail store in Saint Marys, PA. The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

Description:
This is a used firearm. It is what we would refer to as surplus good condition. Most of the original bluing remains, however there will be areas of mild rust, pitting or surface wear from field use. The mechanics of this pistol should be sound after receiving a thorough cleaning and lubrication.
We have a large quantity of these pistols in stock so we will not be taking pictures of every one. We will be hand selecting each pistol before it ships to ensure that the condition is consistant with what is shown.

The Zastava M70 is a semi-automatic pistol produced by the Yugoslavian (now Serbian) arms manufacturer Crvena Zastava, as a sidearm for police and certain military officers. This pistol was loosely based on the Zastava M57, but is scaled down to accept the smaller 7.65mm Browning (.32 ACP). The M70 pistol recoil-operated and can be easily disassembled. The trigger is single-action. The barrel remains stationary when fired, but it can be removed during disassembly for cleaning. Owing to its Tokarev design lineage, the hammer assembly is removable as one piece. The manual safety lever is located on the left side of the frame, above the grip panel, and flips forward to fire and back to engage the safety. The sights are fixed
