Description:
***SOLD*** Pietta LeMat Navy Model .44 caliber & 20ga revolver, manufactured in Italy by Pietta. This revolver excellently emulates Col. LeMat's revolutionary revolver design, boasting 9 shots of .44 caliber, and a 20ga shotgun barrel located underneath the .44 barrel. The pistol operates on a single action mechanism, the hammer naturally operates to fire the pistol cylinder, and the hammer face can be flipped down in order to fire the 20ga shotgun barrel. The pistol is very nicely built and finished, with a steel construction, checkered walnut grip panels, a rich blued finish, color-case hardened trigger and hammer, and laser engraving to decorate certain areas. The revolver is in excellent overall condition with some signs of very light use and minor handling marks, and very little evidence that it has been fired at all. The pistol has some minor lockup and timing slop on some cylinder slots, but in general appears to function well. Please refer to the photos prior to purchase. A wonderful pistol for any black powder or cowboy enthusiast! No FFL required, proof of age required.
