This is a Winchester Model 63 in .22 Long Rifle. Carrying serial number 75822, this vintage rimfire is dated from 1947.
The Winchester 63’s metal has been refinished at some point, with original markings still in good condition. Bore shows some frosting. The rifle’s wood has been refinished at some point as well.
