This is a Pre War Super Grade Model 70 , works perfect and is accurate, The metal finish on the barrel & action original and shows some wear, the woods been redone and a original Winchester marked pad had been added, could be original , stock was cut out for a Lyman 48 sight and has been filled and has a Lyman 48 WJS sight that covers it now, grip checkering has been redone poorly , bore is bright and shiny, was a deer gun and was probably carried more than shot , the rear bridge has been tapped for 2 piece redfield bases, this will make a great hunting gun, Please look at all the Photos , must ship to FFL or C&R call or text
