Remington 788 Roy Dunlap Custom .308 Win caliber rifle. Roy Dunlap Custom Silhouette target rifle, built on a Rem 788 action. Has a 24” heavy barrel, nicely figured heavy stock with Monte Carlo Cheek piece and a Redfield 12X scope. The stock is inlaid with silver representations of the silhouette targets: a ram, a turkey and a chicken. Only the pig is missing. The stock has marks and wear. The metal is excellent. A neat example by noted gunsmith and author Roy Dunlap.
