WW2 GERMAN MAUSER MODEL 98 K98K DOU/43 CODE CARBINE. "Dou-43" is a Waffenwerke Bruenn code from 1943. Serial number's match to all milled parts and bolt(bolt handle knob a re-stamp to match-rest of bolt body correct and matching rest of gun). Rear sight also matching! Laminate stock with small letter "B" proofs behind triggerguard and in sling hole well. Cup shaped buttplate. Receiver crisply stamped "dou" over "43" with large Nazi Eagle proof. Same exact Eagle proof forward of that on barrel. On receiver ring also waffenampt "WaAA80". Original blue finish fading to patina on all metal parts so NEVER been refinished. Wood the same with NO sanding or touch ups. Has front sight hood. Original leather sling stamped "L&F" in excellent condition(not dry). NO import marks! Good bore too.
