WW2 SPRINGFIELD U.S. M1 OR M-1 GARAND .30-06 RIFLE CIRCA 1942. 8xx,xxx serial range produced in August 1942 at the beginning of the Battle of Guadalcanal. Rebuilt 1953 during the Korean War with import marked Springfield Armory barrel dated “5-56” with replaced original Springfield parts. Very good over all with nearly all the re-parkerized finish. Wood excellent as refinished. Nice tight working order and very good plus bore. Nice quality WW2 reproduction leather U.S. “MILSCO/1944” sling.
