Here is a nice old 1862 Colt percussion revolver- Civil War usage? Caliber .36, 5 shot. Not much finish on the metal but doesn't look to have been cleaned- the lettering is crisp and the screwheads are fine. Good varnish on the grips. Action seems to work fine and the lock up is reasonably tight for a 160 year-old gun. Bore looks good.All matching numbers. Altogether a decent old piece of history that could be shot with black powder if the buyer was so inclined and at a decent price. Shipping via priority and insured mail to your door is $30.
