Description:
An over and under, screw barrel, box lock flint pistol. The right side plate is inscribed with what appears to be “Decky”, and the left side plate is inscribed “Paris”. It has a very ornate hallmarked, silver, buttcap, depicting a face and shell pattern. The barrels are marked “3” and “4”, which indicates this was one of a pair of pistols. There is a safety latch behind the hammer that will lock the hammer & frizzen. The wooden grip is decorated with silver wire inlays. All parts are original.

Condition: All iron parts have been cleaned to bright with light overall pitting, one screw is missing from the top of the grip – Markings & proofs are faint – Grip has been re-varnished with most still remaining – Action functions perfectly
