This is an absolutely beautiful example of a dual-tone Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. It get its dual-tone appearance from a phosphated frame and a blued barrel. This one is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 135" Nazi military acceptance proofs. It is minty, retaining more than 98% of its original finish. There is very minor wear around the muzzle and front edge of the slide. One surface scratch on the right side of the slide. Fully functional, including the de-cocker. Comes with excellent late-war grips and one period-correct magazine. The bore is excellent - shiny with very strong rifling and very minor freckling in the grooves.
