This Winchester was produced in 1956. The rifle's serial number is 143641-A. This is the second model 63 with the 23 inch barrel. This rifle is chambered for the 22 Long Rifle only. The reciever is the standard round top style that is not grooved for scope mounting. The bore is in minty condition showing very little use or being fired. The original factory bluing on the barrel would rate a 99% overall condition. The reciever, forend cap and butt plate would also rate a 99% overall condition. The stock and forend have all of the factory finish intact. There is no cracks or damage to the wood. The sights are the standard sights for this model. The take down feature is very snug with no play. The action works smoothly and locks up tight. This is a collector grade Model 63! The condition is in near new condition!
