Description:
Today I offer a nice piece of Browning history. The A-5 "Light Twelve" is a bench mark in Browning history as one of the most reliable semi auto shotguns in history. This old gun dates to 1970 made in Belgium as is the stamp on the side as it is indicated. I recently acquired this shotgun from an elderly lady who's husband passed recently and I was asked to sell this for her to help her financial status. I'm not benefitting from this sale at all. I just want to help her out.
I soon relized this gun like its little brother "Sweet Sixteen" in my other ad, had been stored for many years and finally saw light again last month in October for the first time in 30 years. Hence me getting custody of it, I disasembled it to the bare bones and cleaned every mechanical moving part on this and then put her back together again and test fired it then took it apart again to clean and presto... Nice clean shottie...Works great. Recoil spring is super tight and responsive and shell tube spring feeds the injector nice and smooth. The ejector claw grabs perfectly and firing pin is in great shape. trigger works smooth as butter too.
