Description:
For sale is a Ruger #1B with a four digit serial # (5631) in 222 Rem. It comes with its original vertically split scope rings which alone are rare and were only offered the first year of rifle manufacture. The gun is in good shape with minor handling marks on the stock and bluing worn under the safety. I do not see any rust on the gun. It also has some spot stains on the stock which I show in one of the pictures. It looks like gun cleaning fluid got dripped on it and not wiped off and could likely be cleaned up. I am willing to take trades for the rifle. I am mostly interested in Ruger Hawkeye African rifles in the smaller calibers and would trade even up for one in 275 Rigby. Also interested in more common Ruger #1's and Black Widow Recurves but will consider other trades. Don't be afraid to shoot me an offer.
