.45-70, #65445, 32 1/2 inch barrel, blue finish, walnut long wrist stock, faint firing proof and cartouche, all 1st model attributes excepting sight (1879), and hammer (3rd type), with bayonet, 1876.
Condition: very good bright bore, 60% barrel finish turning brown and thinning, oil quenched block, very good wood with use wear, excellent mechanically, very good marks, bayonet needs cleaning.
