We are proud to bring you this listing for a beautiful and hard to find pre-war Winchester model 61 chambered in 22 caliber. This 1936 rifle comes with the original numbered box which remains to be in great condition. The 24 inch barrel retains a like new condition bore with clean and crisp rifling. The stock displays a 13 3/8 inch length of pull over the original metal butt plate. The serial number matches the receiver and barrel. The wood displays some handling marks shown in the pictures. I believe its from transporting. This shows no signs of being fired much. This rifle is in all original condition and has not been refinished.
