It started as an experiment — a great melding of Dan Wesson and C.Z. pistols. Borrowing the single crisp action fire control group of a D.W. 1911 and combining it with a C.Z. ergonomics and capacity, the resulting gun emerged as something extraordinary.
Designed initially for competition use, the D.W.X. has evolved into much more than that. This Specialist, with the case, is in .45 A.C.P., weighs 41oz, with a 5" barrel, is in overall 98% condition.
