Here is a vintage Winchester bullet mold in their famous 44-40 caliber. These 4th model steel handle molds were made from 1878 untill about 1890. This is a nice one with much of the original factory blue.The bullet cavities are in excellent condition.Though its only marked with the caliber, it is Winchester.I have enclosed photos from the latest "RELOADING TOOLS of the black powder era by Rowe and Curtiss,which explains this mold being made by Winchester.
