JAPANESE TYPE 26 SERVICE REVOLVER 9mm caliber, 4.7" barrel, finished blue with checkered walnut grips and fire blued hammer & trigger. Action is accessed by a hinged sideplate similar to the Chamelot Delvigne French service revolvers. Retaining considerable original blue. Circa late 1890's. Very scarce in this high condition. Complete with leather holster rig.
