This awesome "Cabinet Princess" must have gone from one station to another always in storage until the estate acquired it. It is as close to factory new as a WWII Nazi gun can be. The original finish rating is at least 99.99+%. There is no perceptible factory blue missing anywhere. Not even any sharp edge silvering. No muzzle wear or graying of the grip straps. Not a scratch, pin prick or a rub mark anywhere.
The right-side of the slide near the muzzle is proof stamped Eagle/N. The left side, the bottom of the trigger guard is the scarce Police Eagle/L. All parts match. The wooden grips are in similar condition, nothing short of flawless. Not a ding or a chip anywhere. The grip screw like wise. The slide rails, bolt face and feed ramp are super clean. There is indeed little or no evidence of use.
The bore like the rest of the gun is PRISTINE. The rifling is mirror bright with razor sharp rifling, not a hint of frost anywhere. It comes with one correct Mauser Banner bottomed magazine. The most critical investor/collector would be well advised to add this to his collection.....Shipped....$1495.***
