MARLIN MODEL 39-A iconic lever action rifle in .22 caliber (S, L, LR), 24 inch barrel, tube feed, original factory open sights AND a Marlin 4 X scope, take-down screw, factory original Marlin buttplate, sensational polished walnut stock/forehand along with incredible bluing on barrel, receiver and ammo tube. The stock has a pistol grip...the bore is bright and shiny. The rifle was made and assembled in 1950 at the New Haven, Conn. plant. The half-cocked hammer acts as the safety.
