Offered today this 1915 Texas shipped Colt SAA in very good condition. 45 Cal. with 4 3/4" barrel. SN 331591 shipped to C.L.&Theo Bering, Jr. Houston, Texas.
Gun retains the majority of its original blue finish with vibrant and muted case coloring. Barrrel address, caliber marking, and patent dates are all clear and strong along with the rampant Colt. Serial numbers match except for grips which is not unusual for a 105 year old Colt. All edges are sharp and clean. 4 strong clicks, good action and lockup, good shooter.
