Description:
On Hold Sale pending. Antique flintlock pistol approximately 60 caliber from the late 1700's or Early 1800's. I think the grooves in the frizzen may indicate earlier date. Unsure of country of origin but was told stars and moon may indicate Ottoman Empire. All metal parts have been engraved to some degree with a dark brown patina. barrel length 7.5" total length 14.5".
