It will come with all the factory paperwork and lock. The rifle is equipped with the Savage "Accu-Trigger".The 22-250 cartridge is a hard hitting varmint cartridge and has been around for many years. This is a complete package, sight it in and thin out the varmints. No California sales, sorry. We offer a 3 day, NON-FIRING, inspection period. If for some reason, you don't like it during those 3 days, send it back with shipping and insurance paid by you.
