Description:
Carl Bock retailed and Friedrich Triebel built 5.6mm Vom Hofe Super Express. The action, floorplate and bolt handle/shroud are all case colored and show vivid original colors, light line engraved, stippled front bridge, never drilled or adjusted in any way, double set trigger works well, lever floorplate. The barrel is a solid rib, 24" with 1 standing, the rib is beautifully hand matted, blue, markings and barrel engraving are all sharp, bore is very clean with no erosion at the throat and sharp lands and grooves. The stock is in near perfect original condition with only light handling marks, 14 1/4" length of pull to a horn butt plate which has some small worm holes. 6lbs 14oz. I have one box of original ammunition that is included with the sale. This cartridge is available and relatively easy to find. I have a large qty of additional ammunition available for seperate purchase. This cartidge is based on the 6.5x55 Swedish cartridge and uses a 77 grain bullet for approximately 3400fps. 086491AHSS $3500.00
