Description:
SOLD pending Funds *** This is a Winchester Model 21 20 gauge double barrel shotgun with 26" barrels with the chokes marked Mod/Full. It has a single selective trigger, automatic ejectors, a pistol grip stock with nicely feathered crotch figure in the butt and a fancy walnut 9-1/2" beavertail forearm with an ebony tip. The length of pull is 14" to a red Winchester recoil pad and the drop at the comb is 1-1/2" and the drop at the heel is 2-1/2". The bores are bright and shiny and it has 95% barrel blue and 97% receiver blue with most of the wear on the edge lines. The side panels have very fine checkering and there are no cracks in the wood. It comes in a period Winchester style leather luggage case with a red wool interior and leather over straps and Abercrombie and Fitch snap caps included. I tried to get a Cody letter on the gun, but it came back as a 12 gauge with 28" barrels, so that was a waste of $90.
