#498736, Winchester Model 70 Pre-64 Featherweight in 30-06 Made in 1960 with controlled round feed with a claw extractor, 22" barrel with their folding rear sight, Factory front sight hood, Standard 3 position safety, Model 70 trigger, Standard Featherweight Model 70 hinged floorplate, Monte carlo comb, Standard point pattern checkering, Sling eyes on the stock for quick detachable swivels, 13 5/8" LOP over a 1" pad, 6 lbs. 15 oz., The barrel and receiver have been very nicely reblued but absolutely not polished, You can hardly tell it has been reblued, The barrel blue now is 99.5%, The receiver blue is 99.5%, The floorplate & trigger guard with original finish is 85%, The wood finish at 88-90%, The checkering is 99%, The bore is absolutely excellent plus, This piece has not been shot a lot and remains a solid using Pre-64 in every respect.
