Newton First Model 1916 in the scare 30 Newton. Collector grade all original pre WW I Newton Arms Co Inc ingenious takedown rifle designed by Charles Newton made in Buffalo NY. All matching serial numbers on buttplate, under bolt handle, inside surface floor plate, receiver, inletted side of stock ahead of the magazine, stock under grip cap, grip cap, upper tang and trigger guard. Bore is nice and bright with the unique Newton segmented rifling. The stock does NOT have the usual crack behind the receiver tang as many do in the 30 Newton caliber, which is 100 fps faster than the 300 Winchester Mag. Of the 4,000 rifles made, only 692 were in 30 Newton.
Included with this fine rifle are a set of like-new high quality C&H reloading dies and an as-new signed copy of Larry Wales “The Newton Rifle, Second Edition” that shows this rifle serial #3346 pictured on page 104. Larry saw this rifle at an Ohio Gun Collectors Assoc show and ask to place it in the book. New brass is available from Buffalo Arms ://buffaloarms/30-newton-cases-reformed-cases-30newton

We accept credit card (Visa, MC, Disc) at 3.5%, personal checks, money order, bank checks, gold, silver, property, Rolex Watches and Omega watches. All purchases are subject to Hamilton, County Ohio’s sale tax of 7% as of January 1, 2020 due to the Supreme Court ruling of South Dakota vs. Wayfair.
Refund/Return Policy
Returns are accepted! If you purchase an item and are not happy with it, return it and receive 100% of the total cost, including transfer and return shipping.
Firearms- 3 day, no fire return on firearms if you are unhappy with it! If an item was sent that doesn’t function properly, we will fix it for free within a timely manner. If we cannot fix the item, we will issue a full 100% refund or credit on a different firearm, your choice!
Non-Firearm Items- 3 day return policy. If you purchase an item and are not happy we will refund 100% of all costs incurred as long as it’s in the original condition we shipped it in.
Damaged/Broken Items during shipping- If an item is damaged or broken during shipping, we will pay to have it fixed by the Gunsmith of your choice at no cost to you or refund 100% of all costs incurred, whichever you choose.
Layaway- All Layaway items are non-refundable unless broken or damaged.
20% Re-stocking fee for items bought that were accurately described that you just don’t want or impulse bought.
Shipping Information
All items purchased will be shipped in a timely manner by using either USPS or UPS. All items shipped are fully insured for the complete cost (Item and Shipping) of the buyer. Generally our items are shipped within 3 business days of completing the transaction. All shipping prices are for the LOWER 48 STATES only. Additional shipping costs will be added at the end of the action for Alaska and Hawaii. We will ship internationally as well, if legal. We ship to California as well! All firearms will be shipped to your local Federally Licensed Firearms dealer only! All non-firearm items will only be shipped to the address registered with . No exceptions! Tracking will be provided when the item is boxed and ready for shipping. It is the buyers responsibly to ensure their dealer has sent a copy of their valid, signed FFL. We will not track it down.
