1st Battalion Ranger 9" Brass Knuckled Fighting Knife
- 9" blade
- 13 7/8" overall length
- Cast brass knuckle hilt with teeth/cogs cast into guard
- Identified as the "1st Battalion Ranger" knife in Harold Peterson's book American Knives, these brass-knuckled fighting knives have been subsequently identified as being the product of Australia, and saw service in the Pacific Theater during WWII
- These are an essential part of any collection of WWII theater and fighting knives
- The majority of the extant examples probably came home as souvenirs
- Has original leather scabbard with some minor edge tooling
- Overall good condition and common condition for period
- Scabbard has wear as shown in pics
