Description:
These little H&R Small Bore Hammer Guns are not common at all, and there seems to be some disagreement on where they were made - here on Belgian machinery or in Belgium. Nicely done with European walnut, this particular example is serial number 69 - probably one of the first made in 410 Gauge. Having 2.5 inch chambers this little gun weighs in at only 5 lb 6 ounces with a 26 inch set of barrels. Gun is all original with original finish as shown in the photos. Bores are very good and the gun is in perfect working order, with steel and not damascus barrels. A blast from the past....probably about 1915, so over 100 years old.
