Manufactured by Fabrique Nationale in Herstal, Belgium, bearing serial number 8922, this 9mm pistol is a post-war Austrian Police Contract gun, that is marked on the front strap with the contracting agency and serial number, LGK NO 2645. The LGK stands for Landesgendarmeriekommando (State Police); NO is provincial identification for Niederosterreich (Lower Austria); and 2645 is the serial number by the contracting agency (Austria). A magazine with matching markings is included. The pistol is in its original issue configuration and is invery good to excellent condition. the bore is bright with sharp rifling. The checkered wood grips are very good with only light handling wear. Much of the original bluing remains and the gun is mechcanically flawless. FFL to FFL transfer is required.
