"Greek Flintlock Pistol (More Precisely Souliote). Made Circa 1820. Metal is embellished in repousse with stippled ground for contrast. Very Handsome pistol used at time when the “ Souliote Greeks" fought for independence as did all of Greece from the rule of Ottoman Empire. Barrel is 10" in length and the gun is 18" overall length. The action works perfectly. Very fine flintlock pistol.
