Ugartechea Grade III Upland Classic Model 40 N 20 ga
Ugartechea model 40N or lion country grade III 20ga with Facrory box and certificate. 3 inch, 27” IC.06/M .15 barrels. Anson and Deeley boxlock action, chopper lump forged steel barrels and frame, double triggers, auto safety, concave game rib, extractors, silver engraved receiver, hand checkered walnut straight stock and splinter forend with long tang trigger guard and a leather pad.
A lightweight game gun in excellent conditions with factory box and certificate.
About 5lb 12oz, 14 1/2” x 1 1/2” x 2 1/8”, 1/4 cast and 1 1/2 down pitch.
Metal is 90 % except a couple of little nicks on the right side of top rib close to the breech, wood is 90 % , has no cracks 1 tiny dent on right side of stock. $ 1600 plus postage to your FFL.
** I got this gun a few years ago tuned for pheasant shooting and the gun is test fired only for fit and pattern. I had a tough time opening the action and thumb the sliding safety due to my arthristis thumb ! I now shoot a Browning Twenty Double auto for easier shell loading.
