Price Reduction! Offered is a British 3rd Model Brown Bess Infantry .75 caliber musket. Circa early 19th Century 3rd Model Brown Bess was the primary British infantry musket during the Napoleonic Wars. The 39” round .75 caliber barrel. This is an untouched antique save a replaced frizzen. The frizzen that came on the gun was a wrong replacement. It has no sling swivels. The metal and wood parts are very good condition and the bore has the reasonable erosion expected on a 200 year old gun. More pictures available on request.
