Top Lever Double Hammer Rifle, Caliber .577 BP Express. 27 3/4 inch black powder only barrels witrh raised matt rib, open sights with twoi folding leaf sights for 100,200 and 300 yards. Tubes engraved "Lyon & Lyon, 16 Chowringee Road, Calcutta. JAs Lyon Late with JAs. Purdey & Sons, London". Rebounding back action locks, border and scroll engraving, 14 1/8 inch figured replacement pistol grip stock with steel pistol grip cap and butt plate. Slight crack to fore-end wood, wight 11 lb 1 oz. Rifling is excellent.
