Tom Shelhamer stocked 17 Javelina. Built on a Sako L461 action with A & M Rifle Company 22” barrel and metal work. The stock is typical Shelhamer style with slight Monte Carlo double shadow cheekpiece, Shelhamer chin strap and a flawless point pattern checkering. Ebony forend tip, steel single screw pistol grip cap and 13 ¼” LOP to a Neidner style checkered steel buttplate. Sling eyes on stock. Jeweled bolt and follower. Topped with a 6x Weaver scope, duplex reticle, on Williams base and rings. Overall VG condition except for some marks at the bottom of the cheekpiece, please see photos. At 7lb 5oz this would be a great youth or woman’s rifle. Comes with Redding dies, loaded ammunition and fired cases shown. 3 day non firing, non-disassembly inspection. Ships in hard plastic case.
