Description:
****SOLD*** Mauser K98k BYF 44 8mm Mauser bolt action rifle. This rifle has been sporterized, meaning it has been modified from it's original military configuration in order to be more suitable for hunting use. The stock has been cut down short, and the receiver has been drilled and tapped to accept rifle scope mounts. The rifle ratins some matching parts, such as the bolt assembly, receiver and barrel, and the bottom metal. The stock screws are missing their locking screws, and the rear sight does not have it's screw as well, as shown. The action is smooth and operable, and the bore has sharp rifling with some roughness, as shown. Please refer to the photos prior to purchase. A nice project rifle or woods gun!
