This Smith Corona U.S. Model 03-A3 is a U.S. Military right hand bolt action rifle in .30-06 Sprg. Cal. It has a 24 inch barrel. A blade front sight and an adjustable notch rear sight. The butt stock is a smooth grip hardwood straight grip. The forearm is a smooth grip two piece hardwood. It remains popular as a civilian, historical, competitive and military drill rifle. Serial Number 4755207 (1944). Barrel is stamped SC, flaming bomb 6-43. .30-06 Springfield
