Description:
This Winchester U.S. Model of 1917 is a right hand bolt action U.S. Military rifle in .30-06 Sprg. Cal. It has a 26 inch barrel. A blade front sight with protective sides and a rear receiver aperture battle sight with an additional flip up ladder aperture sight. The butt stock is a smooth grip hardwood semi-pistol grip. The forearm is a smooth grip two piece hardwood. Serial Number 18711 (1917). The barrel is stamped JA with the flaming bomb and a sideways P. .30-06 Springfield
