Payment Types Accepted: U.S. Postal Service Money Orders, Cashier's Checks Description: Offered here is a very good, probably early 1950s FNH Hi-Power 9mm pistol that has matching serial numbers on the frame, slide and barrel in addition to one factory matched 13 round magazine, the presence of which gives rise to the speculation that the pistol was made for a police contract, despite the fact that there are no police markings on the pistol. It bears the classic features of the thumb print slide, the ring hammer, and the internal extractor, plus there are no import marks. The finish is original, with about 95% remaining. The pistol shows only minor use wear, with the usual, but few, handling marks. The only negative I can see are a few little spots of minor corrosion at the muzzle end of the slide, and it is really not enough to distract from the overall condition of this 70-year old pistol. The bore is bright and features sharp rifling as well. As the photos show, there is no pitting and the grips are original to the gun, with but little use wear. Included with the pistol and matching magazine is a spare magazine in the pouch of a 1961 dated military style holster that is in very good and serviceable condition. FFL required. Buyer pays actual shipping cost, in addition to insurance, if desired. USPS Money Orders or Cashier's Check only please. I cannot ship to California, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, or any other state that has enacted draconian anti-gun laws, so please do notif you reside there. As always, before firing a used gun, an inspection by a competent gunsmith is recommended. Thanks for looking.
