This a like NEW Merkel double rifle (side by side) chambered in 30/06 caliber..
The receiver is color case hardened with nice scroll engraving. The gun has two underlungs and a Kersten crossbolt that makes for a strong locking mechanism. The rifle is fitted with two triggers. The front one can be used as a set trigger.
The barrels are fitted with a quicj detachable pivot scope mount and a Leupold Vari X 3i 3.5-10X40 scope.
The stock is darl walnut with a German cheek piece.
The barrels are 24.5 inches long, LOP is 14.5 inches and the overall weight of the gun including the scope i 9.8 lbs.
