This is a nice, lightly used Colt. It is in very good to excellent condition, and the pictures are part of the description, so look at them carefully. No magazine will be sold with this rifle, since so many states have tinkered with the legality of what constitutes a high capacity magazine. I will not ship to California, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Maryland or any other state with anti-gun and/or anti high capacity magazine legislation in place.Buyer must take responsibility for knowing the laws in their state of residence. I respectfully request that you, if you live in one of those states, please do not bid. Buyer pays actual shipping, as well as insurance, if desired.
