We present a beautiful collectable Winchester Repeating Arms lever action saddle ring Carbine model 1894, with a barrel length of 20 inches and an overall length of 38 inches.
This rifle is chambered in .32-40, with a capacity of 7 rounds.
Very nice patina finish with some markings due to age and wear (can be seen in photos), flip up ladder rear sight and a blade front sight. The walnut wood is solid and still in great condition with no cracks, chips, or splits except for some minor wear as mentioned (see photos). Bore is very good with strong rifling, and action locks up tightly, serial number research puts this rifle as 1914 manufacture date.
The ultimate lever gun. This rifle became the Model 94 Winchester. It was the ultimate iteration of Winchester levers and, although coming at the end of westward expansion, is often called "The Gun that Won the West." The Model 94 has been proven to do for over 110 years. This item bears a discreet import mark (see photos).
