The mighty .45-70 government cartridge lever-action with side ejection and tough Mar-Shield® finish has proven its worth on every species of large North American game. An adjustable semi-buckhorn folding rear sight and ramp front sight with brass bead and Wide-Scan™ hood. The solid-top receiver is drilled and tapped for a scope mount. It has an offset hammer spur for scope use and hammer-block safety. The Model 1895GBL features a larger-loop finger lever makes for easier cycling of the action while wearing gloves. The two-tone brown laminated wood stock enhances resistance to weather. The full length magazine holds six cartridges. Manufactured 2015. .45-70
