Description:
***SOLD*** ~Remington Model 12A .22LR/L/S pump action rifle, dated to 1929. This rifle features a fine blued finish, with walnut furniture and a "corn-cob" style forend. The rifle is in very nice condition, especially considering its age. The rifle has a very smooth and tight action, with only a very small blemish in the bore towards the muzzle. The rifle retains most of its original finish, which is lightly speckled by old surface rust in area. Some slightly deeper pits are located near and on the trigger guard, as shown in the photos. The buttstock has lost some of its finish in areas, likely front regular use, and the buttplate has been chipped fairly significantly, as showm. Overall, this is a fine example of a Model 12, especially considering its 90 years old. Please refer to the photos to further assess the condition of the rifle.
