Description:
Savage model 99EG in 250-3000 Savage. Built in 1952,this rifle is in excellent condiiton. It retains 98% of the original blue finish and 99% of the original wood finish. The 24" barrel has a mint bore. The stock and forend are hand checkered walnut and are free of any cracks or damage. The rifle has the brass cartridge counter,lever safety,steel buttplate,and case colored lever that make the 99 rifles true classics. The receiver has a period correct Redfield 2x7 scope installed. A great deer rifle set up and ready to hunt. C&R eligible.
