This Springfield Armory U.S. Model 1884 is a single shot breech loading trap door rifle in .45-70 Cal. It has a 32.5 inch barrel and smooth grip hardwood straight stock. It was used by the U.S. Army in the late 1800's. In overall good condition for its age it comes as is. .45-70
