Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. If the firearm is defective after you take it home, the firearm must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. It is legal for you to ship a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer. Also, we do not reimburse FFL transfer fees or shipping. We may charge a 20% restocking fee for returns.

A Rossi combo gun,interchangeable barrels chambered in .308 Win (pictured) or as a 12 gauge shotgun.The .308 barrel has a 3-9 telescopic sight mounted on it although the windage and evevation caps seem to be missing.We can't say with certainty but the 12 ga.barrel is still covered in packing grease and in the plastic sleeve so it may have never been used. Comes with a strap and the original carry bag.Shipping on this item is $35.00 to anywhere in the lower 48 US states other than the exceptions listed.A 3% credit card fee is charged to defray expenses.
