Description:
Handsome Colt Single Action Army revolver with a lot of original blue and case colors. The serial number 145447 matches on the frame, triggerguard and backstrap. It is confirmed by the Colt Archive letter as a .41/c caliber, 4 3/4" barrel, blue finish with stocks not listed that was shipped to Simmons Hardware in St. Louis on March 19, 1892 in a shipment of 30 guns. All of the factory applied markings are clear and crisp. The action functions perfectly and the bore is excellent. The rubber grips fit very well. There is a high percentage of original blue finish remaining on all parts with most of the original fire blue on the screws. This is just a great looking Colt.
