This Standard Products was mfg abt 11/42, .30 Cal w/all of the correct period component parts. I use R. C. Laesen's 2nd Edition "M-1 Carbine",
Harrison's M-1 Carbine & Craig Riesch's 7th Edition for my references. I make every attempt at using the most accurate info as I have available at the
time. This Standard Products gun matal is a matching darker gray parkerizing throughout. The stock is the correct high wood w/the oval cut. It has
oval sling cut w/"S-HB" in the sling well. There is a very faint cartouche on the R - Side of the stock.
The sling, oiler and magaziine are not included . They are for presentation only.

These Standard Product Carbines are to me of the same quality as National Postal Meter. I would rate this Standard Products Carbine as an "NRA Excellent.
