Description:
Very nice Colt Single Action Army revolver with a great etched panel. The serial number 128432 matches on the frame, triggerguard and backstrap. It is confirmed by the Colt Archive letter as a .44/40 caliber, 4 3/4" barrel, Nickel finish with rubber stocks that was shipped to Hartley & Graham in NY on April 26, 1889 in a shipment of 10 guns. All of the factory applied markings are clear and crisp. The action functions perfectly and the bore is very good. The eagle grips fit very well. There is a high percentage of original nickel finish remaining on all parts with a nice amount of original fire blue on the screws. The COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER etched panel is one of the absolute best I've seen.
